Cancelling a plan
You can cancel Sync or Pro at any time from your account page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling deletes nothing: your local vaults and files stay on your computer, your cloud vaults and collaborators stay where they are, and your AI credits stay on your account. While you're over the free plan's limits, you can't add new cloud vaults, people or files.
