LOKEE BILLING, SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND POLICY
Effective date: 25 June 2026 (25.06.2026)
Legal URL: https://lokee.app/billing
1. Seller and support
The seller is IsnTech Paweł Arent, NIP PL7123459159, ul. Pana Wołodyjowskiego 3/81, 20-627 Lublin, Poland. Billing support: support@lokee.app. Legal notices: legal@lokee.app.
2. Current plans and prices
| Plan | Current commercial position |
|---|---|
| Free Local | Free local use for authors and creators; no account required for purely local use. |
| Lokee Sync | USD 5.99 per month; optional account, cloud sync and related online features. |
| Lokee Team | USD 9.99 per month; team-oriented account features. |
| Extra seat | USD 3.99 per additional seat per month, where enabled. |
| AI credits | Purchasable credits; coupons and promotional credits may be issued. |
Prices may be changed for future billing periods. Taxes, VAT, exchange rates, bank/card fees and app-store or payment-provider fees may affect the final amount shown at checkout. Final checkout information prevails over marketing descriptions.
3. Payment provider and invoices
Payments are handled through Stripe. Stripe may process card data, payment authorisation, subscription status, invoices and payment events. The seller may additionally prepare Polish/VAT invoice records where Stripe-generated invoices do not show the seller’s tax ID or other required tax details.
4. Trials, coupons and AI credits
A 7-day free trial may be offered. Trial availability, limits and conversion to paid subscription are shown at checkout or in the account panel. Coupons, beta offers, promotional credits and AI-credit campaigns may be issued and may have expiry dates, usage limits or plan restrictions.
AI credits are separate digital credits for managed AI usage. Unless required by mandatory law or expressly stated otherwise, used AI credits are not refundable because the processing cost is incurred when the AI request is performed.
5. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users can cancel from the account page where available or by contacting support@lokee.app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless mandatory consumer law, the checkout terms or a separate written decision requires otherwise.
6. Downgrades and storage after cancellation
Downgrades or cancellations do not immediately delete cloud data. However, access to sync, team features, uploads, edits, history, restore, AI or additional seats may be restricted until the account fits the active plan. Users should export or reduce cloud data before downgrading where possible.
Storage limits are not final at the date of this policy and may be introduced later as the product scales. New limits will be communicated in the product or legal documents.
7. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services or digital content, this right may be affected where the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal rights where applicable under law.
If a paid trial converts to a paid subscription, withdrawal and refund eligibility depends on the checkout flow, legal status of the user, whether service performance began and mandatory consumer rules. The withdrawal form is available as a separate document.
8. Refunds
Refund requests should be sent to support@lokee.app. We may request account, payment and invoice details needed to identify the transaction. Refunds, where granted, are usually returned through the original payment method.
We generally do not refund: used AI credits, completed billing periods after cancellation, loss caused by user-side local data deletion, breach of these Terms, or use outside the intended product purpose. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Complaints
Billing complaints are handled within 14 days where reasonably possible. If additional information is needed, we may ask the user to supplement the complaint.
